1. Legal Age
By making a purchase at the ACV - Vinhos de Talha online store, the customer declares that they have reached the legal age required in their country to purchase alcoholic beverages.
2. Product Information
ACV - Vinhos de Talha will make every effort to ensure that products, prices and other content in this online store are always accurate. However, we reserve the right to change content, prices and promotions without prior notice. Product images may differ from the items actually delivered. Stock shortages may occur.
3. Prices
All prices shown by the ACV - Vinhos de Talha store include the applicable VAT rates in force. Promotions and special conditions available in the online store may not be valid at any physical premises.
4. Orders and Payments
After finalising the order, the customer will receive an email confirmation. The order can be cancelled before dispatch. Payment is a prerequisite for processing the order, except for direct pick-up at the winery.
Bank transfers can take between 1 and 5 business days to be processed. Orders not paid within 15 days will be automatically cancelled.

6. Delivery Times (estimated)
- Beja: same day or next day
- Mainland Portugal: 2 business days
- Azores / Madeira: 5 to 10 business days
- Europe: 4 to 10 business days
7. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 days to exercise the right of return, in accordance with applicable Portuguese law (Decree-Law no. 143/2001). Returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defect or error attributable to ACV - Vinhos de Talha, in which case the resending costs will be fully borne by the company. Older wines may not match the customer's expectations even when properly preserved; this does not constitute grounds for return.
